Skinny Cookie Dough Bites

  
This is my favorite treat when I’m craving chocolate, it’s filling and loaded with nutrients!! I’m not a big granola person so I love that this is the same idea but with a cookie dough texture!

In a big bowl, combine the following (if it doesn’t stick just add more peanut butter):

  
1C steel cut oats 

1/2C unsweetened flaked coconut

1/2C peanut butter

1/3C flaxseed

1/2C dark chocolate chunks, I love the Whole Foods ones

1T bourbon vanilla extract

1/3C honey

1T chia seeds

Pop it in the fridge when you’re done rolling them up into cookie shaped balls, great to have on hand for cravings! Xoxo
