Fresh Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

1 pound strawberries, rinsed and hulled
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup Greek Yogurt (plain, vanilla or lemon)
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1. Slice the strawberries into small pieces. Toss in a bowl with the sugar to let their juices come out. Let marinate for about 1 hour.
2. Transfer the strawberries and their juice to a blender or food processor. Add the yogurt and fresh lemon juice. Pulse the machine until the mixture is smooth. Chill for 1 hour, than freeze according to the instructions on your ice cream maker.
